Needs Assessment

The Illinois Quality Framework & Supporting Rubric is comprised of seven (7) standards and twenty-six (26) indicators. School improvement teams complete this assessment to determine strengths and areas for improvement around Government & Management, Curriculum & Instruction, and Climate & Culture. The needs assessment findings and the data analysis provide a complete picture for school leadership teams to write a school improvement plan that focuses on the academic and school quality needed to have a rigorous and viable curriculum to ensure college and career ready students for the future.
